Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AZ Labs, LLC (“AZ Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the websites, products, and services we operate, including theazlabs.com, zeylo.ai, and related interfaces (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you consent to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide. When you contact us, request an invitation, create an account, or otherwise interact with the Services, you may give us information such as your name, email address, phone number, company, trip preferences, messages, and any content you submit.
- Account and product data. If you sign in to Zeylo or similar products, we collect the details necessary to operate the product — such as your identifier, saved trips, settings, and activity within the product.
- Automatically collected information. When you access the Services we automatically collect technical data including IP address, device and browser identifiers, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and measure usage. See Section 5 for details.
- Information from third parties. We may receive information from partners such as authentication providers, analytics vendors, or business partners you use to reach us.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- authenticate users, personalize content, and remember preferences;
- respond to inquiries, requests, and support communications;
- improve, test, and develop new features and products, and to understand how the Services are used;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services; your consent (where required, such as for certain cookies or marketing); and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. Third parties that help us operate the Services (hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, customer support) may process personal information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
- Booking and travel partners. If you request a booking through the Services, we may share the information necessary to fulfil the request with the relevant hotel, tour operator, transport provider, or other travel supplier.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of any person.
- Corporate transactions. If AZ Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the terms of this Policy.
- With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Services and authenticate users. We may also use performance and analytics cookies (for example, from privacy-respecting analytics vendors) to understand aggregate usage and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect functionality.
6. International transfers
AZ Labs operates from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent), to obtain a portable copy of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.
10. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have additional rights regarding personal information collected in the preceding 12 months, including the right to know what categories we collect and share, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of certain uses. We do not sell personal information as defined by California law and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party sites
The Services may link to third-party websites or products. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party service you use.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Services.
